Judy Guan, Controller Judy Guan: With nearly 15 years of experience in the water improvement industry, she excels as an advocate to her customers with a friendly demeanor and over the top “can do” attitude. She is very organized and extremely detailed resulting in a high level of customer and vendor service. Born and raised in China, she is fluent in both Cantonese and Mandarin. Judy moved to the United States as a young adult and has with great effort made tremendous strides to grasp and speak the English language. Her hobbies include tennis, bicycling, swimming and taking excellent care of her extended family. She earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting from California Polytechnic (Cal Poly) University in Pomona, California. judy.guan@aosmith.com Jerry Horner MWS, CI, Director of Operations Jerry Horner: With 30 years of experience in the water improvement industry, Jerry is savvy when it comes to finding answers. He has plenty of real world field service experience with regard to general POU and POE troubleshooting as well as finding solutions to more complex water filtration challenges. He has published over twenty, primarily technical articles in industry trade magazines like Water Quality Products Magazine with his favorite being a whimsical piece titled “Journey to the Clouds” in the June 2012 edition. Jerry pines for family time, also enjoying softball, an occasional mountain bike ride and rock-crawling his 2006 Jeep LJ. Jerry is a CWS-VI, CI WQA Certified Water Specialist and is in charge of IWP’s Operations. jerry.horner@aosmith.com E. Allan Horner, Product Development E. Allan Horner: With 30 years of experience in the water improvement industry and a wide range of expertise, Allan can assist with the rudimentary or the complex. He has an extensive background with field service, repair and installation of residential, commercial and industrial POU and POE systems and spent ten years working with USP27 and WFI water systems, cooling towers, steam boilers and industrial water. He is well versed when it comes to softeners, filters, boilers, cooling towers, commercial reverse osmosis, pharmaceutical applications, car washes, hotels and just about any other water filtration or general maintenance challenge you may encounter. Along with extensive family time, Allan enjoys ice hockey, softball, off-roading his 1985 Jeep CJ and he also enters his Jeep into Christmas light show parades.
